UPS has horrible customer service/performance throughout the year in regards to delivering to my house. So, when I vent about their subpar performance, I really don’t want to hear excuses of “the shipper promises impossible delivery dates” or “it is the Christmas rush.” The Chattanooga office has a less than 50% success rate with delivering on time to my house. I would cut them slack if USPS and FedEx were as bad, but they are not. I know understand the corporate color choice…
